It felt so good too.  I went to class because I honestly just couldn’t stand it anymore.  I enjoy it.  My knee’s are sore today however, I decided I will have to do alternative exercises during some of the things we do but doesn’t mean I can’t do the class.

The trainer yesterday was helpful in alternative exercises with a couple of our stations.  It’s not just me who is having the knee issues it seems a lot of us are.  I think the lunges are taking their toll.  Give me squats any day but lunges feel like my enemy.

I am just have to keep reminding myself that there are things I can’t do well and that’s okay but I have to keep moving.  Looking forward to the gym tonight as well! 🙂 Happy Tuesday everyone.
