The week is finally over.  I don’t know about you but for some reason this week just has felt like a really long week!  So yesterday I opted out of working out.  My knee still was bothering me and felt like it was best to just hold off.

Trainer said to contact him around 3-4 today to let him know how I am feeling.  I told him so far my knees are still sore that the workouts are hard on them but my lower leg that was really hurting this week is better.  So guess I will see how I feel then and if he thinks I should work out or not.

Other than that I feel good today.  I feel rested for a change which is nice.  All in all just ready for next week.  Hope everyone has a good weekend!  Don’t forget to make good choices, drink that water and stay active.
