I decided to skip weigh in this morning.  I noticed alittle swelling this morning on my feet with AF being here I thought it was best to not depress myself lol however yesterday I was 294 which puts me back down.

What’s funny is this is week 4 since I was like okay wedding is X amount weeks away I will figure this out.  I was 299 that day.  What sucks is that friday I was 294 lol So in 4 weeks I have lost 5lbs which is great but I technically lost that the first week and have “maintained” since.

Sigh… I shall keep my head up 5lbs in four weeks is good even if it’s been maintained.  Just means I need to push myself to keep going and losing right?
